As a beneficiary of efforts to build a culture of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) within corporations and the community at large, founder Kim Stone strongly advocates for empathy, acceptance, and understanding in all interactions, period. She volunteers as a member of APMP's Pride Affinity Group, which aims to increase diversity in the proposal management profession.
